At SJE Rhombus, we provide you with the quality products you need to impress your customers. You can rest easy knowing that all our boards are thoroughly tested before we send them to you. Our customers define the level of testing they want on the board, whether that be starting it up and doing a full test or simply a visual check.
We build test fixtures and run our boards through a system that can check the boards against the documentation and make sure they’re correct.
We have written test instructions for every part approved to track our process.
If needed, we will pretest voltage. We connect everything, program and test, and perform a visual inspection.
Our boards are inspected at multiple points throughout the process, catching errors before they become an issue.
